TidyCal

$29 one time for lifetime access made this a no-brainer move from Calendly. There’s one feature I miss from Calendly, but not enough to pay $10 a month forever, and it looks like that feature will be coming to TidyCal soon!

SuiteDash

Life-changing CRM for small business. I was looking and looking for the right product for my businesses, and this was it. It included invoicing, LMS features, logins for your clients, email automation, deal tracking, forms, landing pages, pretty much everything you could need.

Wope

Cool little app that helps you track keyword usage for your websites and for the websites of your competitors so you can figure out how to best SEO your site.

Zoom

I keep trying to get away from it, but it’s hard to let go of its rock-solid video performance with groups of people.

Sessions

A Zoom competitor that I bought hoping I could replace Zoom with it. Not quite yet. It has some fantastic features like built in AI notes (that work better than Zoom), no software download required for use, and built in agendas, but when you get more than 2 people on, performance can be lacking. Will update if this changes!

VZY

Interesting, simple website developing tool that allowed me to buy 10 website spaces with forever hosting for a one time cost of $150. Also allows custom domains at no extra cost. That saves big money over Wix or Squarespace! This site you're looking at was developed in VZY!

KingSumo

Got it free with my AppSumo annual subscription. It helps you run viral giveaway campaigns, which does seem to be one of the most effective ways to get engagement on social media.

MailerLite

Right now, this is what I’m using to manage my email list of about 800 people. It’s really quite good, and if you keep your list under 1,000, it’s free. Highly recommended for a stand alone mailing app, but soon I’ll integrate my list with SuiteDash and I won’t need it anymore.

ProtonMail

I use ProtonMail as my main email for two of my companies. Its main selling point is that it’s far more secure than Gmail or Outlook 365.

1Password

If you don’t have a password manager that is separate from your web browser, you’re screwing up. 1Password is the best out there as far as I’m concerned.

Canva

It's hard to imagine doing any kind of social media posting, mass emails, or fliers without Canva. It's a drop-dead simple app that allows you to make really nice looking graphics quickly and easily.

Descript

If you're making videos, especially videos with talking in them where you really want to have subtitles and control exactly how they look, Descript is amazing.

Transcript.LOL

Transcription from audio and video files to text is super hot! From taking notes in meetings to starting your writing process without having to stare at a blank page, it's a must have for me.

BreezeDoc

Don't pay $10-$40 a month for Docusign, just don't. BreezeDoc does the same thing at less than $40 one-time for lifetime access.
